At LINNEA, we craft our products in small batches and carefully inspect them before shipping. ALL SALES ARE FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged, so please make your selections carefully. LINNEA does not replace, refund, or exchange products that have been purchased from one of our retail partners.

Thoroughly inspect your package(s) upon arrival for any damages. In the event damage occurs during shipping, please report any issues along with supporting photos (required) within three (3) days of delivery to support@linneaandco.com.

We will only offer a replacement or in store credit of the item originally ordered, no refunds, substitutions or exchanges. LINNEA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or damages that occur once package(s) are received.

LINNEA home fragrances are hand-poured in small batches. What does this mean and why is it important? Handcrafting in small batches produces a highly fragrant product. By creating products in this artisanal way, we maximize our fragrance-to-base concentration to ensure the ultimate throw.
