LINNEA orders are processed and shipped from our Midwest studio in Carmel, IN with FedEx Ground, UPS ground, or USPS.

LINNEA orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days from our production studio in Indiana. We ship ground Monday –Friday, and our cutoff each day for shipping is 2 pm EST. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends and major holidays. During promotions, holidays, and at the end of each month, order processing and shipments may be delayed slightly due to high order volumes.
To preserve the integrity of our handcrafted products, LINNEA does not ship in extreme temperatures, whether hot or cold. If this should occur and your order is affected, our sales liaison team will notify you via email and phone.
We are only able to ship to the contiguous 48 states. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico. We are not able to ship internationally at this time.
Additionally, LINNEA is not responsible for lost packages for which delivery confirmation is provided by the carrier at any service level.
Returns
At LINNEA, we craft our products in small batches and carefully inspect them before shipping. ALL SALES ARE FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged, so please make your selections carefully. LINNEA does not replace, refund, or exchange products that have been purchased from one of our retail partners.
Thoroughly inspect your package(s) upon arrival for any damages. In the event damage occurs during shipping, please report any issues along with supporting photos (required) within three (3) days of delivery to support@linneaandco.com. We will only offer a replacement or in store credit of the item originally ordered, no refunds, substitutions or exchanges. LINNEA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or damages that occur once package(s) are received. LINNEA releases all accountability and liability once the designated shipping carrier takes possession of the package(s). LINNEA is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, and all costs associated with amending an incorrect address are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
