We are only able to ship to the contiguous 48 states. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.

At LINNEA, we craft our products in small batches and carefully inspect them before shipping. ALL SALES ARE FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged, so please make your selections carefully. LINNEA does not replace, refund, or exchange products that have been purchased from one of our retail partners.
Thoroughly inspect your package(s) upon arrival for any damages. In the event damage occurs during shipping, please report any issues along with supporting photos (required) within three (3) days of delivery to support@linneaandco.com.
We will only offer a replacement or in store credit of the item originally ordered, no refunds, substitutions or exchanges. LINNEA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or damages that occur once package(s) are received.

What is the LINNEA Advent Calendar?
The 12 Days of LINNEA is our first-ever Advent Calendar and an invitation into the World of LINNEA.
Behind each door is a full-size fragrance, hand care essential, candle ritual, or limited-edition object designed to bring scent, light, and a little delight to the season.
Are the products full size?
Yes. Every discovery inside the LINNEA Advent Calendar is full size.
From the beginning, we knew we did not want to create an Advent built around samples. Each piece was chosen to be experienced fully, used often, and enjoyed well beyond the holiday season.
What is the value of the Advent Calendar?
The 12 full-size products and limited-edition pieces inside have a combined value of $325.
When will my Advent Calendar ship?
LINNEA Advent Calendars will begin shipping the week of November 9, 2026.
You will receive tracking information by email once your calendar leaves our warehouse.
Why am I charged when I place my order if the Advent ships in November?
Your purchase reserves one of our limited-edition Advent Calendars before it begins shipping in November.
Quantities are limited, and your calendar is secured when your order is placed.
Is shipping included?
Yes. Complimentary shipping is included with every LINNEA Advent Calendar.
Can I order other LINNEA products with my Advent Calendar?
The Advent Calendar must be purchased on its own order.
Because of its size, packaging, and special fulfillment process, the Advent ships separately from the rest of the LINNEA collection.
If you would like to purchase additional candles, fragrances, hand care, or gifts, please place a separate order.
Why does the Advent Calendar need to be ordered separately?
The Advent was created as a complete gifting experience and requires its own packaging and fulfillment process.
Shipping the calendar independently allows it to arrive securely and ensures your other LINNEA purchases are not delayed while the Advent awaits its November ship date.
Can I use a promotion or discount on the Advent Calendar?
No. The LINNEA Advent Calendar is excluded from all promotions and discounts, including the LINNEA Welcome Promotion.
Promotional codes cannot be applied to Advent Calendar purchases.
Can I cancel or return my Advent Calendar?
No. Due to the limited-edition nature of the LINNEA Advent Calendar, all sales are final.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or exchanged.
Is the Advent Calendar limited edition?
Yes. This is LINNEA’s first-ever Advent Calendar and has been produced in limited quantities for the 2026 holiday season.

Are any of the products exclusive to the Advent Calendar?
Yes. A few surprises inside were designed specifically for the 12 Days of LINNEA and are available only within the Advent Calendar.

There are 12 numbered discoveries inside, designed to be opened as a countdown to the holidays.
You can follow the 12-day ritual or make it entirely your own.
Can the Advent Calendar be enjoyed after the holidays?
Absolutely.
That was one of the intentions behind creating an Advent entirely around full-size products. The candles, fragrance, hand care, and limited-edition objects were designed to be used and enjoyed long after the final door is opened.
