Every November, the Giving Light Initiative becomes the heart of our season at LINNEA. It reflects our belief that fragrance can create comfort in the home and compassion in the world around us. This year, the Giving Light Initiative focuses on Gleaners Food Bank, a leader in the fight against hunger across Central Indiana. Throughout the month, 10 percent of all net proceeds will support their mission, transforming each Linnea candle or diffuser you bring home into nourishing meals for families who need them most.

Gleaners Food Bank operates across 21 counties with a wide network of food pantries, shelters and community partners. Last year, Gleaners distributed more than 90 million meals, most of which were rated green or yellow for nutritional quality. This focus on nourishment highlights their commitment to wellness as well as hunger relief.

Volunteers pack boxes, sort apples and prepare items for distribution with a warmth that can be felt from room to room. Every action supports someone on the other side of the process. The LINNEA Team Visits Gleaners
Earlier this month, members of the LINNEA team volunteered inside the Gleaners distribution center to help prepare for Thanksgiving food support. We joined volunteers at long assembly tables, filling holiday boxes with essentials that bring comfort and connection to family gatherings. Each box felt like a story about to unfold around a kitchen table.
