Production Associate - Full Time
Summary: Supports our Production Leads to create various product ranges and test for product performance. Operates light machinery as part of the creation process. Participates in product inventory and quality control to assure the highest quality product is produced. Provides general studio support including organizing, maintaining workspaces, and assisting with efficient and organized workflow.
Qualifications:
- Can lift at least 50lbs
- Experience working with production making equipment a plus
- Willing and able to stand for long periods of time
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Strong light math skills
- Takes initiative and listens well to directions
- Responsible and works well with others and independently
- No allergies or sensitivity to fragrance oils or soy wax
Processing & Finishing Associate - Full Time or Part Time / Flex
Summary: Supports our Processing Team to finish all products created by the Production teams, which includes hand-cleaning, labeling, and packaging a variety of products in the LINNEA brand and for private label. Participates in product inventory and quality control to assure the highest quality product is produced. Provides general studio support including organizing, maintaining workspaces, and assisting with efficient and organized workflow.

- Can lift up to 50 lb
- Willing and able to stand for long periods of time
- Likes to work with hands-on projects that require attention to detail
- Responsible and organized
- Strong light math skills
- Takes initiative and listens well to directions

Warehouse & Shipping Associate - Full Time or Part Time / Flex
Summary: Supports our Warehouse & Shipping Lead to stock and organize finished inventory and assemble specialty programs as needed. Operates light machinery as part of the warehouse and shipping process. Assists in the pick, pack, and shipping of small package and bulk orders throughout the day. Ensures LINNEA products arrive at their destination in a safe and timely manner. Participates in product inventory and quality control to assure the highest quality products are prepared for shipping. Provides general warehouse support including organizing, maintaining workspaces, and assisting with efficient and organized workflow.
Qualifications:
- Can lift up to 50 lb
- Previous warehouse, shipping, or inventory experience is a plus, but not required
- Experience with warehouse and shipping equipment is a plus, but not required
- Willing and able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Strong light math skills
- Takes initiative and listens well to directions
- Responsible and works well with others and independently
